Automata

 On the 26.8.20 we did a really cool experiment called AUTOMATA , this is all you need! trust me its really cool.

* Lot's of cardboard 

* A hot glue gun

* Skewers 

* A printer or  pens and paper.

 First you get a cardboard box and then you make some cams ( if you don't know what cams are they have many shapes like heart shape, oval shape, circle shape and many more ) 

You pick one of them and put it through the skewer and then you put it through the cardboard box.

 Then do the same thing but make a circle cam at the top and then attach it to the drawing or a printing, and then your finished.

its So much fun and super easy.

week 5!

Week 5 was a fun week because we are going to do rugby because there is hardly any coved-19 but we are not allowed any specktators and no shared food (and that is half of the reason I signed up). Also i did signed up to play because it is really fun getting tries.

 Our porties were Quick write, blog, Maths-whizz,word work and that is all we have to do finish it in a week and and for our quick write we have to write 200 word like what it takes forever but i still get it completed (only just).                                                     

                                               

13/8/20 Math-whizz

Ok maths whizz is a maths website that you learn maths, it is incredibly helpful:). You start as a rookie and you finish as a superstar it is a fantastic way to learn maths, I am a apprentice right now. It  challenges you to do more challenging maths and  hard, i recommend you go on to maths-whizz.

It will show you how long you have been on it. You pick want background you want they are jungle or space i found it really hard to decide, i picked jungle. You can make a house change your character get a pet there is so much stuff you can do on maths-whizz. ( impeccably fun!) 

 

Inter schools soccer!

Today we had Inter schools football in Gisborne, it was fun! The first game we were meant to face Whatatutu  but they didn't show up!!so i guess we won that game. Then we went on and played Central it was a hard game. Rori shot the ball straight into the goal it was amazing shot, everybody was cheering! In the end it was 3-0 we bet them! Then we had another game It was Waikiki  it was pretty easy game we won  7-0 so we are off to the semifinals against  Mantuke it was a hard, challenging game  just past half time Harry scored, it was  1-0!!!! woohoo!! I was cheering with so much happiness and excitement  because we made it to the finals. against Mangapapa we were trying our best it was 2-0 to Mangapapa at half time the second half they didn't put any goal past us  we played a really good game but we didn't quite make it so in the end we were the second  best in Gisborne. 

Week 2!

We do this thing called LTP (learning through play) it is where you choose an activity like Planet construction, Junky Monkey, Makey Makey and Cardboard Nation. I picked Planet construction! We builded with building blocks and i builded a tractor but then i shaped it into a train it was fun building it.But then we had to bust it at the end😭. Anyway for the pack up i throwed it in the box.

Week one new term!

Today was a new term so we got stuck in. We had a new check of and we didn't have just dance this term😭 it is sad because just dance was amazing. Our priorities different we had new quick writes and we a had a difficult as math test could ninjas math it was so hard. my favorite part of going to school was seeing my friends they most had haircuts they look so different.In my workshop i learnt a more easier way to subtracted I wish i did it the new way. 

Week 12!

Week 10 what another beautiful week at wainui beach school first we started with a hui/talk we talk about learning  it was pretty boring but after i had a workshop with my teacher about MATH! I like math because first, it just amazing and second it just epic and it was a hard one my brain was struggling we were doing 1/3 of 18 2/4 of 27 but it was cool and after we did our porties and the were matariki, pepeha art, ect ect. What let me tell you about our just dance performance we have been training for the last 6 weeks and I can't what.
